CANCELLATION AND LATE ARRIVALS

At least 24 hours’ notice is required or a cancellation fee will be charged.Non-attendance or cancellation on the day will incur a one hour consultation fee.

If a client is late, whether for an in-person session or via video conference, it is generally not possible to extend the time for the consultation. There will always be times when changes need to be made due to extenuating circumstances for either the client or me. If you are not able to make your scheduled appointment, where possible, I will endeavour to find another time. Please be aware, however, that I have a full client load and this may not always be possible.

At a time of crisis, please contact a family member or another support person. You can also contact Lifeline on 13 11 14 or the Crisis Assessment Team for psychiatric triage information, assessment and referral on 1300 363 746 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) if you need immediate attention.
