ERIKA’S STORY

Erika, 51:

I was living in a constant state of stress and anxiety when I first met Sally.  I was going through a difficult stage of my life where I was stuck with the “fight or flight “response.  I had fled (with a young child) from an abusive, long-term relationship, and although I thought I was handling things okay, my lawyer knew I needed help and recommended some therapy sessions with Sally.  I knew I had nothing to lose, and everything to gain.

To be honest, I was a little sceptical that 3 sessions could undo the ten years of narcissistic abuse that I had endured, but I was willing to trust Sally.  In the first session, I started to feel empowered.  Something seemed to “click”, and I felt “lighter” inside.  It was as if a heavy weight had been lifted inside my soul.  The second and third sessions were very powerful and transformational.  Now that I have finished, I still need to maintain what I have learnt with the empowerment exercises and meditation to ensure that I am living the best life I can.

The sessions with Sally have helped me to be “less triggered” by “ugly, legal emails” and hopefully in time, they will have zero impact on me.  Sally has also enlightened me on the importance of aligning my conscious and subconscious which is “mind-blowing stuff”.  Finally, she has helped me with my energy levels, so I am a calmer and happier person.

All in all, I can honestly recommend you give Sally a chance to help find your inner peace and be the best version of yourself.

Scepticism is only natural when we’re told our lives can change in 3 sessions within just a couple of weeks. We’ve been led to believe that resolution of PTSD, anxiety etc will take months, if not years, of therapy. Often we’re told we can’t resolve it, that we just have to manage it. Not so. NOT so.

Erika had been through what could be described as “Hell” with a capital ‘H’. She had lived in an environment where she had feared for her life and found herself consumed with hatred, feeling bitter cynicism about love, and still living in constant fear once physically free of the abuse. She needed to be able to represent herself well in court, both for her sake and that of her son, and she wanted to move forward in her life without carrying the weight of her past around with her.

You can be free of the burden of your past. You can truly live again, not just exist. You can live the life you’re meant to live.
